  • Programs by age

Families filter by their child's age and see what fits, with dates, place and cost.

Straight answers

What directors ask us before they sign up.

What does it cost?

Nothing. Your page, signups, waivers, rosters, teams, schedules, family email and share kit are free for programs, with no platform fee.

Can families pay through YUUF?

Not yet. Add your payment instructions (Zelle, Venmo, a check, or your own payment link). Families see them right after signing up and in their confirmation email, and you mark who has paid on the roster. If you already use a registration system that takes payment, link families to it from your YUUF page instead.

Do you handle waivers?

Yes. Paste the waiver your league or insurer gives you, for the whole club or one program. Parents read it and sign by typing their name; the exact text, the name and the time are saved with the signup and in your export. You decide the wording; YUUF doesn't give legal advice.

Who can see children's information?

Only people you add to your team. Owners and editors can make changes; viewers can only read and export. Families' saved details stay on their account until they sign up with you. We don't sell data. Read the privacy policy.

Does it work for leagues and larger organizations?

Yes, for the core of a season: up to 30 programs per organization, teams inside each program, schedules, family email, and owner, editor and viewer roles for your staff. One account can run up to three organizations. Not built yet: online payments, custom domains, and background-check integrations.

Where does it work?

Your page and signups work anywhere. Our family directory, where parents search for programs, covers New York City today.

Can I get my data out?

Any time. Download any roster as a CSV with every field, including waivers, payments and teams.
