Terms of Service
Last updated October 13, 2026
These terms apply to everyone who uses YUUF: families looking for programs and the clubs, leagues, camps and organizations that use YUUF to publish programs and take signups. By using YUUF you agree to them.
1. What YUUF is
YUUF is a directory of youth sports programs and a set of tools programs use to publish a page, take registrations, collect signed waivers, manage rosters, teams and schedules, and email the families who signed up. YUUF does not run any program, and we do not supervise, endorse or insure the programs listed or hosted on YUUF.
2. Accounts
Keep your sign-in secure and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account. Organization owners decide who is on their team and what role each person has.
3. Programs and organizations
- You must be authorized to act for the organization you set up or claim.
- You are responsible for your programs: their accuracy, safety, staffing, supervision, insurance, eligibility rules and compliance with the law.
- You are responsible for your waiver's wording and whether it suits your insurer and your state. YUUF shows the waiver you provide and records each signature; it does not give legal advice or guarantee a waiver is enforceable.
- Use registration details, including health information, only to run your program, keep them confidential, and limit access to people who need it.
- Use family email only for messages about the program they signed up for.
- Payments are between you and families. YUUF does not collect or hold program fees today.
4. Families
When you register, you confirm the information is accurate and agree to share it with that program. If a program asks you to sign a waiver, typing your name counts as your signature. Ask the program directly about its fees, refunds, schedule and safety practices.
5. Directory listings
Listings are compiled from information programs publish themselves, link to their source, and show when they were last checked. Details change; confirm them with the program before you rely on them. Programs can claim, correct or ask us to remove a listing at programs@yuuf.org.
6. Acceptable use
- No false or misleading listings, impersonating an organization, or claiming one you don't represent.
- No harassment, spam, or collecting other users' information.
- No interfering with the service, or accessing data you are not permitted to see.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms or put children or families at risk.
7. Your content
You keep ownership of what you put on YUUF. You let us host, display and send it as needed to run the service. You can export your rosters at any time.
8. Disclaimers and liability
YUUF is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for programs, their activities, injuries, disputes between families and programs, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes and contact
We will post changes here and update the date above. Questions: hello@yuuf.org. Program questions: programs@yuuf.org.
